Standard Rates for Maintenance Man Services Ltd

General Repair Services:

Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
£30 First half hour
£25 Second half hour
Then £25 per hour or part hour, per day, plus materials and VAT.

Out of Hours
Monday – Friday
6pm – 8am and weekends: Double time.

Bank Holidays: Treble time

Support Services:

Inspections, site meetings, fault diagnosis and assessments, including written and e-mail reports.
Charged at £30 per hour or part hour plus VAT.

Quotations:

Quotations are free; however you will be expected to specify exactly what works are required for the quotation.
If the quotation also requires any of the points listed under Support Services (above) then the Support Services charge will apply.
