Maintenance Man Services was formed about 12 years ago in response to a growing need for reliable, qualified and experienced tradesmen to cater for areas of work which were of little or no interest to larger builders and sub contractors.
Maintenance Man Services Ltd has built its reputation solely on word of mouth recommendations, and now twelve years on caters for all aspects of property maintenance. We deal with private property owners, landlords, agents, surveyors and businesses. Whether it’s roofing, minor building works, kitchen and bathroom installations, electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating or the multitude of very minor repairs and general maintenance requirements associated with any property, we are at hand to help.
Covering the whole of the Oxfordshire and border areas, we employ our own team of qualified maintenance personnel, each of whom drive their own distinctive sign written vans. We also employ the services of several long term specialist sub contractors, all competent and fully qualified in their fields. Equally important, they are tried and tested by us over the last 12 years, so we can vouch for their honesty and professionalism.
All works carried out carry a 12 month parts and labour guarantee and Maintenance Man Services Ltd is covered by £10 million Employers Liability Insurance and £5 million Public and Products Liability Insurance as required by most local authorities and other professional bodies.
